In answer to the question, “Once the Lotto Gold Progressive Jackpot is won, at what amount does play resume at for the next Lotto Gold Jackpot?”, the Nebraska Cooperative Government Commission at its July 28, 2025 meeting responded:

Once Lotto Gold Jackpot is won, Lotto Gold drops to Fifty Percent (50%) of what it was when it was won, but not below $100,000.00 nor above $250,000.00.

Examples:

Lotto Gold was won at $470,000.00. Play will resume with the next Lotto Gold posting at $235,000.00.

Lotto Gold was won at $560,000.00. Play will resume with the next Lotto Gold posting at $250,000.00.

Lotto Gold was won at $260,000.00. Play will resume with the next Lotto Gold posting at $130,000.00.

Lotto Gold was won at $230,000.00. Play will resume with the next Lotto Gold posting at $115,000.00.

Lotto Gold was won at $175,000.00. Play will resume with the next Lotto Gold posting at $100,000.00.

This action by the Nebraska Cooperative Government Commission will remain in effect until changed by the Commission, which the Commission reserves to right to do. The Commission also reserves the right to terminate play for the Lotto Gold Progressive Jackpot effective with the next time
